The Aspen Institute is primarily funded by foundations such as the Carnegie Corporation, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the Ford Foundation. In 1952, the Rockefellers established the Population Council, a eugenics operation. Jurriaan Maessen and other researchers have documented how the Rockefeller Foundation has pioneered "anti-fertility vaccines" and worked with the UN Population Fund, World Bank and World Health Organization to reduce world population.
